Garron Chiu was born in Los Angeles, California before moving to Hong Kong when he was 4 because Clinton won the election. He spent 13 more years there before moving to Boston for University where he was a ranked collegiate debater and eventually a debate coach. He worked in Boston and New York for a year and a half before finally moving back to Hong Kong to pursue working in a place less impacted by the housing crisis (and finally get a real job).
With his west to east to west and back east again perspective, he started doing standup comedy in September of 2012, with his unique observations on the many things he cannot understand.
